Terms of Service
1. Service
AOB Scribe is a subscription SaaS operated by AOB Media that generates SEO articles with AI and publishes them to a WordPress site you own or manage.
2. Subscription and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance in PLN via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
3. Content
You own the content the engine generates for you. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for compliance with your local laws and platform rules.
4. Acceptable use
No illegal content, no spam, no attempts to bypass rate limits or resell the service as our own. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it up and accurate, but SEO results depend on many external factors we do not control.
